Daniel Nishiguchi

Daniel joined Teplitsky LLP as an Associate after completing his articles with the firm. He has a broad litigation practice which includes construction litigation, land development, real estate, commercial leasing, insurance matters, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment litigation and neighbor disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel graduated with a J.D. from the University of Windsor and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy. While at law school, he volunteered at Windsor Community Legal Aid assisting clients with landlord-tenant matters. Daniel also spent two semesters volunteering at the Veterans Law Clinic in Detroit assisting U.S. military veterans with disability claims before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Before law school, Daniel graduated from Carleton University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a focus on Business Law.

Daniel works directly with James Wortzman, Jonathan Kulathungam, Karey Anne Dhirani, Catherine Allen, Nipuni Panamaldeniya and Jared Wortzman.
